General Information

What services do you offer?

MPA Systems LLC offers a Disaster Recovery Program for financial institutions. We also have a fleet of modular buildings available for lease or purchase, and we can work with your architect and engineer to design and build a new custom building.

How long have you been in business?

MPA Systems is proud to say we have been in business for more than  50 years.

Where are you located?

We are located in Sanger, Texas, north of the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

What is the difference between your buildings and just any trailer?

A modular bank building is built to the Uniform Building Code, this is the same building code standard used for traditional construction. There are also state and local agencies that regulate the construction of these buildings. One of our most popular sizes, a 14 X 70 building, weighs more than35,000 pounds and sits flush to the ground. This adds security to the building and its contents and  eliminates the need for "skirting." The wheels, hitch and axles are removed to  lower the unit, giving the building a look of permanence.

Can I visit your facility?

Yes, we encourage our customers to visit and see the quality that is put into our buildings. Give us a call and we will be happy to help arrange a visit. You can also stop by during our normal business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Disaster Recovery

What is the Disaster Recovery Program?

In the event of a disaster, the program offers a fully equipped, 14 X 70 modular building for a FULL six months with no costs to you for rent, installation or dismantling!

How soon can I get a building delivered in the event of a disaster?

As a member of the program, we can deliver a modular building within 24 to 72 hours.

Can I get a generator with the Disaster Recovery Program?

Yes, we offer an optional 40KW diesel generator with 80 gallons of diesel. This option only accompanies the Disaster Recovery modular building.

Can I wait and call if/when a disaster occurs to get a building?

Without signing an agreement before disaster strikes, there is NO guarantee that a building will be available, as we service our disaster customers first. If you are not a member of our program, it could take up to two weeks for delivery of a building.

What comes with the Disaster Recovery building?


The building is equipped with furniture, telephones, cameras and an alarm system. It is also wired for computers with CAT5.
As an optional service we also offer our Connectivity Package which includes a portable dish, digital phones, laptops, printers/fax, and an on-site technician to provide the necessary connections to your core service provider.

 


Leasing and/or Sales

What size buildings do you offer for lease or sale?

We offer a wide range of buildings in our fleet. They range in size from an efficient 5x8 to a spacious 42x72. We also offer custom new buildings

How do the utilities hook up to your modular building?

The utilities are located above ground to the rear of the building. This makes for easy access and a quick connect.

What are the benefits of using a modular building?

Modular buildings are very functional. They can be used for opening a branch, testing an area, new construction or remodeling. Another benefit of using a modular building is that you can quickly move into a location.

Can you fully furnish a building?

Yes, we offer many extras that include: furniture and appliances, cameras, alarms, phones, ADA compliant ramps, canopies, specialized bank equipment, and more.

How soon can I get a building to lease or purchase?

MPA can deliver a building as soon as you need it. We have buildings stored all across the United States to meet regional needs.

Are the buildings ADA Compliant?

Yes, all of our buildings are ADA compliant (the building itself is compliant, but it does not have an outside ramp to fully comply). MPA offers a ramp option to our customers for a small additional fee.

What are the minimum lease requirements?

We are very flexible and willing to work with our customers to meet their business needs.
